AUTO CUP COLLECTOR 全自动收料系

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Fully automatically cup collection(restacking). With this equipment, customer can save huge labor cost for

manually collect the cups one by one by hand.

On this automatic cup restacker, cups will continue to be conveyed to the auto cup collector one by one,after the

cups label shrinked by the heat shrink tunnel.

The absorption unit will quickly absorb the vertical cups which completed the label shrink by the tunnel, so that

the cups will be collected into horizontal stack.

During the cup stacking, the sensor will work and count the cup numbers, when fulfill a certain set number for one

stack, the stack will be separated by the separate unit and loaded into the chain conveyor.

杯子标签在完成自动套标及电热炉收缩后通过输送带被传送至自动收杯系统，通过特制收杯装置自动将单个杯子自动堆放成列，计数

装置自动计数，达到设置好的数量后自动分杯，成列进入后段集杯槽，待下一步收纳装箱。
